Bi Annual Maintenance Agreement 

Keeping your air conditioning system working and running efficiently is a vital necessity in Florida.  With temperatures that can get into the high 90's or above during the summer months it is important your home is comfortably cool for you.  We provide an annual maintenance that gives you two tune-ups (fall & spring) to ensure your system remains functional throughout the year.

 

The bi-annual maintenance agreement does include a 15% discount on service repairs and priority status on scheduling.

 

Note:  There is a Nominal Miscellaneous Invoice Fee that is added to each service invoice.  This is only applied upon original sign up agreement invoice of maintenance agreement and upon renewal invoices of maintenance agreement. 

 

Heating & Air Conditioning Repair Service

From scheduled to emergency services we are standing by ready for your call.  We provide quotes for all work before proceeding with the repair that way there are no surprises at the end of the job. We provide quality service of residential heating and cooling systems.  Depending on our schedule we do provide same day service and we are determined to provide fast and courteous service to all of our customers.  We service all makes and models of heating and air conditioning systems (Trane, Lennox, Carrier, Goodman, Rheem, Ruud, and much more)

 

Service Diagnostic Charge

With our reasonable diagnostic charge there is no way to pass up calling us to service your heating and cooling system.  However, the diagnostic charge is not discounted and is collected regardless if the technician performs the repair work needed at time of service appointment.  There is a Nominal Miscellaneous Invoice Fee that is added to each service invoice.

 

Note:  Service calls after 7 PM on weekdays or anytime on weekend or holidays will incur an additional service fee to the diagnostic charge.  Bi Annual Maintenance Agreement customers do not apply to this fee as per agreement. 



Flat Rate Pricing on repairs

With flat rate pricing there is no need to worry about how long it takes the technician to do the repair.  The repair is set at a standard flat rate price and if it takes longer for the repair the customer isn't charged for it.  It provides the customer with a firm quote and gives them the opportunity to proceed or decline with the repair.  Also, there are no overtime charges with flat rate pricing as the repair quote is the same regardless of the time of day the technician repairs your system.



System replacement estimates

There is no charge for us to come out and give you an estimate on replacing your HVAC equipment.  Even if you are looking for a 2nd opinion on pricing there will be no charge.
